This was inspired by my 3 kids. They are my little heroes. They've allowed me to reclaim my imagination and channel it in a meditative way.

My creative process was largely stream of consciousness and music first, lyrics second. Lyrics for songs like Little Man Boy, Phōs, Taize, Omni and My Mind were composed in an intentionally non-linear way. I simply started recording and sang melodies as they came naturally. In that same stream of consciousness style, words found their way out of my subconscious which I quickly found to be a deeply meaningful experience.

These songs were originally crafted for my ears only as a meditative practice of self-discovery. Encouraged by a few friends who have been instrumental in my spiritual journey, I've decided to share these in the hope that they do for you what they do for me--which is simply: imagine.
